Our client joined us in June 2022 with the primary goal of improving overall health and wellness.
Although she had prior experience in group fitness classes before 2020, her consistency in working out had waned after that.
Over the past two years, we've worked together on several key areas: establishing consistency in workouts, tracking progress and making small jumps when ready, focusing on improving technique and form first, and changing up workouts periodically to keep things fun and engaging.
