Program Description
Output Performance ("we," "us," or "our") offers an SMS messaging program to keep you informed about your fitness journey. By opting in, you may receive text messages related to:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Session scheduling updates and cancellations
- Event notifications and registration confirmations
- Health score and progress updates
- Promotional offers and gym news (if opted in to marketing)
Consent & Opt-In
By checking the "I agree to receive text messages" box on any of our forms — including account creation, the contact form, booking forms, and event registration — and providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Output Performance at the number you provided.
Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. You can use our services without opting in to text messages. You may opt in or out at any time through your account dashboard or by following the opt-out instructions below.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity and preferences. Transactional messages (appointment reminders, booking confirmations) are sent as needed. Promotional messages are limited to no more than 4 per month.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan. Output Performance does not charge for SMS messages, but standard carrier rates apply.
How to Opt Out
You can stop receiving text messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any message you receive from us
- Updating your communication preferences in your account dashboard
- Contacting us at info@outputperformance.com
After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. You will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt back in.

Privacy
Your phone number and SMS consent data will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your information with our SMS service provider (Twilio) solely for the purpose of delivering text messages on our behalf.

Supported Carriers
Compatible with most major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
