About
Trisha leads volleyball performance training at Output, and she's spent her whole athletic life in the sport. She played four years of varsity at Parkway South and four years of club with K-Elites, then went on to four seasons as a defensive specialist and libero at Avila University, where she was named a 2022 Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athlete.
Her coaching started early. She was leading a K-Elites 13U team as a high school senior, came back every summer during college to run the club's camps, clinics, and leagues, and today coaches its 14U and 15U teams while serving as Assistant Director of the K-Elites league program.
At Output, Trisha builds training around what the game actually demands: first-step quickness, jump and landing mechanics, shoulder and hip durability, and the conditioning to stay sharp in a fifth set. She works with players at every level, from athletes picking up the sport to those preparing for college programs, and knows from experience what it takes to make that jump.
