About
Nick Martin is a certified personal trainer and performance coach with a Bachelor of Science in Health Management from Southeast Missouri State University and a minor in Nutrition. He holds certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (CPT, PES) and the National Exercise & Sports Training Association (Sports Nutrition Specialist), and he is CPR/AED certified through the American Heart Association.
Over a decade ago, Nick went through a life-changing transformation of his own, losing 100 pounds through consistent training and disciplined nutrition. Before that journey, he struggled with confidence and self-belief. Through fitness, he didn't just change his body; he reshaped his mindset and discovered the confidence that now defines his approach to life and coaching. He also spent two years training and competing in powerlifting, posting a 470-pound squat, a 290-pound bench press, and a 530-pound deadlift in the 90 kg (198 lb) weight class.
Nick brings that firsthand experience to every client he works with. He understands how challenging weight loss and lifestyle change can be, because he has been there himself. His mission is to guide, support, and challenge clients to give their best effort, knowing the reward on the other side is far greater than they ever imagined.
