Farhana has been a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist for over 15 years, dedicating her career to helping women build sustainable, healthy relationships with fitness and their bodies. Her approach goes beyond just physical training. She understands that real, lasting change happens when you address the whole person: body, mind, and emotional well-being.
After experiencing profound personal loss 7 years ago, Farhana deepened her understanding of how the mind and body are connected, and how trauma, stress, and life experiences can affect our relationship with fitness and health. This journey transformed her coaching style, leading her to develop her signature FarBeyondFit methodology.
Farhana specializes in working with women who are tired of punishing, all-or-nothing fitness approaches.
